No-Show & Late Change

If you no-show to an appointment or request to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a deposit will be required for all future bookings.

The deposit will be applied toward your appointment total.

Appointments booked with a deposit may be rescheduled one time, as long as the request is made more than 24 hours in advance.

Any no-shows or cancellations/reschedule requests within 24 hours of a deposit-required appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited.
